Rhyme Cafe is a music project created and directed by Facundo Barrera in Luxembourg. Its members and Brooklyn backstory are fictional. He designs the album artwork with a local AI model and also designs this website. The Producer and the album booklets explain how the music was made and his role in the work.
All rights held by Facundo Barrera in the recordings, original written material, artwork, branding and website content are reserved to the extent protected by applicable law. Reproduction, redistribution, commercial exploitation or adaptation of protected material requires permission or another lawful basis. Nothing in this notice limits uses permitted by law.
Unauthorised copying of protected material, re-uploading recordings as your own, false claims of authorship, or impersonation of this project or its creator may result in evidence preservation, reports to platforms, removal requests and appropriate legal action. Available remedies may include injunctions and damages and, where the facts and applicable law justify it, referral to the competent authorities.
SACEM declarations, trademark registration and platform account access serve different purposes. None is presented here as a blanket certification of rights in every element of the project or as an endorsement by those organisations.
